Terms of Use & Privacy Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyTeslaSavings.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website.

We may revise these terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

2. About Our Website

MyTeslaSavings.com provides informational content and resources related to Tesla vehicles, including savings calculators, charging information, accessory reviews, buying guides, software updates, maintenance tips, and road trip planning.

We are an independent website and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tesla, Inc.

3. Free Calculators and Estimates

Our calculators are intended for educational and informational purposes. They may estimate gasoline savings, electricity costs, charging expenses, loan payments, home charger payback, and road trip costs.

Calculator results depend on user-provided inputs, assumptions, and calculation methods. Actual expenses and savings can vary based on electricity rates, fuel prices, financing terms, driving habits, location, vehicle condition, and other factors.

Results are not guaranteed and should not be treated as financial, tax, investment, or professional advice. Verify important decisions with qualified professionals and providers.

4. Vehicle Information and DIY Guides

Our articles and tutorials are provided for general information. Vehicle features, specifications, software functionality, and maintenance procedures can change.

Always consult your vehicle's current owner manual, manufacturer instructions, and qualified service professionals when appropriate.

Do not attempt repairs, electrical work, or vehicle modifications beyond your knowledge and experience. Driving assistance systems, including Full Self-Driving (Supervised), require an attentive driver.

5. Accessory Recommendations

We publish accessory recommendations, reviews, and product information to help visitors research products for Tesla vehicles.

Product specifications, availability, compatibility, pricing, and retailer terms may change without notice. Always confirm that a product is compatible with your specific Tesla model and model year before purchasing.

6. Third-Party Retailers

MyTeslaSavings.com primarily provides information and links to third-party retailers rather than processing accessory orders directly.

When you purchase from a third-party retailer, that retailer is responsible for its own order processing, payments, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, and customer service under its policies.

7. Affiliate Links and Referrals

Some links on our website may be affiliate or referral links. We may receive commissions or referral benefits when eligible visitors make purchases or complete qualifying actions.

We aim to provide useful recommendations, but visitors should independently evaluate products, offers, and terms. See our Affiliate Disclosure below for additional information.

8. Intellectual Property

Original website text, graphics, calculator interfaces, and other original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for lawful personal, noncommercial purposes. Reproducing or redistributing substantial original content without permission may violate applicable rights.

Tesla names, logos, and other third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Website Availability

We strive to keep the website and its tools accessible and useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all information will remain current.

We may update, modify, or discontinue content and tools as needed.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MyTeslaSavings.com and its operators disclaim liability for losses or damages arising from reliance on website information, calculator estimates, third-party products, or external websites.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Policy Updates

How Affiliate Links Work

MyTeslaSavings.com may participate in affiliate marketing programs, including retailer affiliate programs. When you click an eligible affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.

Affiliate compensation helps support the website, free calculators, articles, and product research.

Tesla Referral Links

We may share Tesla referral links or codes. If you use an eligible referral link, a referral benefit may be available to us, you, or both, depending on the terms of the applicable Tesla program.

Referral offers, availability, and eligibility are controlled by Tesla and may change. Check Tesla's current terms before relying on any offer.

Editorial Independence

Our goal is to provide useful Tesla ownership information and product recommendations. Affiliate relationships do not guarantee that a product will be recommended.

We encourage readers to compare alternatives and independently verify product details before purchasing.
